摘要
沧州市春季多年来干旱少雨,但是2018年春季的4月21日由于受暖湿气流和冷空气的共同影响,发生了历史罕见的强降雨过程。通过分析本次罕见强降雨过程的各种分布特征以及在土壤墒情、地下水水位、洼淀蓄水量等方面产生的积极作用,提出加快推进智慧水文建设、加强雨水资源利用、加强城市水文研究等一系列的建议,为相关部门决策提供科学依据。
In the spring of 2018, the drought and low rain in Cangzhou City, but in the spring of 2018, due to the common influence of warm and wet air and cold air, a rare process of heavy rainfall occurred in the history of the spring of 2018. This paper analyzes the various distribution characteristics of this rare heavy rainfall process and the positive effects on soil moisture, groundwater level and water storage volume. Finally, a series of suggestions are put forward to speed up the construction of intelligent hydrology, strengthen the utilization of rainwater resources, and strengthen the study of urban hydrology. The department decision provides a certain scientific basis.
