摘要 介绍了三维斜交角联锁机织物的应用,对三维斜交角联锁机织物的结构进行了分析,介绍了多重纬斜交角联锁机织物的结构设计方法,设计了三重纬、四重纬的角联锁结构组织,并分别画出了上机图.根据组织的结构特点和织物用途,设计了两种汽车安全带织物的基本规格参数,在小样织机上织出了产品小样,验证了三重纬、四重纬斜交角联锁组织机织物在常规织机上进行织造及用于安全带织物的可行性.最后,对角联锁机织物在织造时出现的问题进行分析,提出了适当的解决办法. The application of 3D oblique interlocking fabric is introduced. The structure of three-dimensional interlocking fabric is analyzed, and the structure design method of multiple zonal oblique angle-interlocking fabric is introduced. The structure of angle interlocking structure with triple weft and quad weft is designed, and the looming drafting is drawn respectively. According to the structural characteristics of the organization and the use of fabrics, two basic parameters of the car seat belt fabric are designed, and the fabric samples are woven on the hand samples loom. The weaving feasibility of oblique angle-interlocking fabric with three weft and four weft on conventional loom is verified, and the feasibility of applying it to safety belt fabric is also verified. This paper analyzes the problems that occurred in the final weaving of the angle-interlocking fabric, and proposes the appropriate solutions.
