摘要
基于有限元方法,利用HyperWorks软件对某公交车驱动桥壳在3种典型工况下进行了静力分析,得到桥壳的应力和位移分布规律;对桥壳进行自由模态分析和约束模态分析,分别得到了桥壳自由模态1~12阶的振型和固有频率,以及约束模态1~6阶的振型和固有频率,结果表明桥壳的结构设计合理.上述静力分析和模态分析结果可为公交车专用驱动桥壳的设计和开发提供重要的参考依据.
Based on the finite element method, the distribution of stress and displacement of the axle housing is got after a bus axle housing was exerted static analysis under three typical conditions by Hyperworks software. Then freedom and constraint modal analysis using HyperWorks software are done to get separately 1st to 12th and 1st to 6th vibration and natural frequencies shapes of the axle housing.The results show that the design of the axle housing is rational. These results of static analysis and modal analysis can provide some references for the design and development of buses drive axle housing.
