Research on the Library Construction Strategy in Big Data Era

大数据时代,信息环境发生了巨大变化,图书馆面临着发展转型的艰巨挑战。图书馆亟需重新进行发展定位、采取多元而系统化的策略推进新型图书馆建设,一方面要转变图书馆服务理念、进一步完善相关法律制度,为图书馆转型发展创造良好环境,另一方面要积极搭建资源平台、不断加大图书馆建设支持力度,为图书馆转型发展提供硬支撑。打造主动的、个性化的、知识型的图书馆服务体系,最终实现图书馆与读者良性互动、共同发展。

In the big data era, great changes have taken place in the information environment, and libraries are faced with formidablechallenges of development and transformation. Libraries urgent need to decide the new development orientation and adopt diversified andsystematic strategies to promote the construction of new libraries. On the one hand, we should change the concept of library service, fur-ther improve the relevant legal system, to createa good environment for the transformation and development of the library. On the otherhand, we should build a resource platform actively and continuously increase the support of the library construction to provide hard sup-port for the transformation and development of the library. Only in this way can we build an active, personalized and knowledge-based li-brary service system and finally realize the benign interaction and common development between library and readers.
