新时代背景下高校辅导员资助育人工作探析

College Counselors Subsidized Education under the Background of New Era Work Analysis

高校学生资助育人工作是教育扶贫的重要内容之一,是促进家庭经济困难学生成长成才的重要举措。新时代背景下,高校学生资助育人工作内涵发生了变化,本文提出了辅导员资助育人工作评判标准,并把辅导员资助育人工作划分为6个有机统一的环节,为辅导员资助育人工作探索了一种新的路径。

The education of college students is one of the important contents of education and poverty alleviation. It is an important mea-sure to block the intergenerational transmission of poverty. Under the background of the new era, the connotation of university students＇subsidy for educating people has changed, the core of this paper is to put forward the evaluation criteria of counselors ＇ funding for educat-ing people, and to divide the assistant education of counselors into6 organic unified links, and to explore a new way for counselors to sub-sidize educating work.
