摘要
高等教育大众化使毕业生就业结构性矛盾突出,大学生就业工作已经成为社会关注的焦点。如何对大学生就业能力结构界定以完善就业能力提升方案成为提升毕业生就业能力以及就业率和就业质量"双提高"的关键。本文在借鉴USEM模型理论的基础上分析大学生就业能力的构成要素及其关系,并对就业能力培养策略提出合理建议。
Higher education popularization makes graduate employment structural contradiction prominent, and the employment of collegestudents has become the focus of social attention. How to define the structure of the employability of college students to improve the em-ployability program has become the key to enhance the employability of graduates and the "double improvement" of the employment rateand the quality of employment. On the basis of USEM model theory, this paper analyzes the elements and their relationship of CollegeStudents' employment ability, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions on how to cultivate their employability.
