摘要
《犯罪学》课程是一门理论性很强的专业基础课程,是一门研究犯罪现象、犯罪原因以及犯罪预防的综合性学科。当前我国法学院校《犯罪学》课程教学仍然沿袭传统"填鸭式"的教学模式,虽然这种模式能够节约教育资源,但存在教学内容陈旧固化、教学方法单一滞后等诸多问题,严重影响了教学效果,也不利于学生的主观能动性和创造性。为适应法学院校培养卓越实用型法律人才需要,提高教学质量,《犯罪学》课程教学亟需构建课堂教学与法律实践紧密衔接的教学模式。
The "Criminology" course is a theoretically strong professional foundation course. It isa comprehensive subject that studiescrime, crime and crime prevention. At present, the teaching of "Criminology" in law schools in China still follows the traditional "cram-ming" teaching mode. Although this model can save educational resources, there are many problems such as obsolete teaching content anda single lag in teaching methods, which seriously affects teaching. The effect is also not conducive to students' subjective initiative andcreativity. In order to adapt to the needs of law school to cultivate excellent and practical legal talents and improve the quality of teaching,the teaching of "Criminology" course needs to construct a teaching mode that closely links classroom teaching with legal practice.
