适应幼师生个性特点的语文课堂教学研究

摘要 当代幼师生的个性特点对幼师学校的语文课堂教学提出了挑战,如何进行行之有效的课堂教学实践,是当前幼师学校语文课堂教学改革的关键。开展对话式教学,提高课堂教学的语言艺术,在语文教学中融入多种艺术形式,可以激发学生的学习兴趣、拓展学生的知识视野、提高学生的综合素养,使之更好地适应幼师生的个性特点和职业需求。 Personality traits of contemporary students posesa challenge to Chinese classroom teaching in Kindergarten Teachers' College.How to carry out effective classroom teaching is the key to the current reform of Chinese teaching in Kindergarten Teachers' College. De-veloping dialogic teaching, improving the language art of classroom teaching and integrating various art forms into Chinese teaching canstimulate students' interest in learning, broaden their knowledge horizons, improve their comprehensive qualities, thus better adapting tothe personality traits and professional needs of students in Kindergarten Teachers' College.
