Firstly, this paper introduced a series of cases discovered from a self-media advertisement .In these cases, the clinic was involved in illegal activities such as making diagnoses and giving treatments out of scope, using unconditional doctors, prosthesis fraud, illegal medical advertising and so on. And at the same time, some staff of the clinic were involved in unprofessional practice, unregistered practice, intentional illegal practice and other illegal acts. Then the paper had a discussion with caution about Internet monitoring, lawbreaking by parties, and the investigation of interested parties in the practice of law enforcement, and put forward some constructive suggestions, such as strengthening the supervision of online medical behaviors, improving the construction of administrative case tracking standards, and improving the efficiency of law enforcement through innovative methods of evidence collection, so as to further improve the level of law enforcement personnel and perfect health supervision.
