摘要
目的探讨Simpson法测量左室功能指导急性心力衰竭(AHF)的临床应用意义。方法选取急性心力衰竭患者82例及对照组(非心力衰竭患者)60例,采用传统M型超声心动图技术和双平面Simpson法技术测量左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)及左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)。结果急性心力衰竭患者左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)在两种检测方法比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);对照组(非急性心力衰竭患者)在两种检测方法比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。传统M型法诊断急性心力衰竭诊断符合率为81.7%,双平面Simpsons法诊断率为93.9%,双平面Simpsons法优于传统M型法(P <0.05)。结论在急性心力衰竭患者中使用双平面Simpson法技术测量左室功能优于传统M型超声心动图技术。
【Objective】To investigate the clinical significance of measuring left ventricular function by Simpson's method in guiding acute heart failure(AHF).【Methods】Eighty-two patients with AHF and 60 patients with normal cardiac function(control group) were selected and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), left ventricular end diastolic volume(LVEDV) and left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV) were measured by method of M-mode echocardiography images and biplane Simpson's method. 【Results】The differences of LVEF, LVEDV and LVESV that measured by the two methods in patients with AHF were statistically significant(P〈0.05), but there were no significant differences in control group(P〈0.05). The diagnostic coincidence rate of M-mode echocardiography images in AHF was 81.7%, and the diagnostic coincidence rate of biplane Simpson's method was 93.3% and the biplane Simpson's method is superior to the traditional M-mode(P〈0.05).【Conclusion】Measuring left ventricular function by biplane Simpson 's method is superior to the traditional M-mode in the diagnosis of AHF.
