In the future, the market will also be aftected by the activation of patents which belong to intangible assets. And the transfbmlation of relevant scientific and technological achievements have been infected and stimulated. At the same time, we should be watt/of over-protection of rights and abuses of rights that may lead to ＂The Tragedy of the Anticommons＂.
