越南籍女性罪犯矫正工作研究——以广西N监狱越南女犯为例

Research on the Remedial Work of Vietnamese Women Offenders——Taking Vietnamese Women Prisoners in Guangxi N Prison as an Example

在对越南女犯的监管改造工作中,广西N监狱坚持维护国家尊严、法律权威和配合外交事务的原则,严格执法,文明管理,取得了良好的社会效果和法律效果,但也存在一些不足和问题。针对越南女犯兼具了外国籍罪犯与女性罪犯的双重特点,建立系统、规范、有效的教育矫正制度。

In the supervision and reform of Vietnamese women prisoners, Guangxi N Prison adheres to the principles of safeguarding national dignity, legal authority and cooperating with foreign affairs, strictly enforces the law and manages in a civilized manner, and has achieved good social effects and legal resuhs. But there are also some problems. According to the characteristics of Vietnamese female criminals and the current situation of prison management, this paper puts forward some solutions which can provide reference for scientific and effective correction, so as to further promote the judicial practice of criminals correction in Guangxi.
