《民法总则》颁布后,第111条关于个人信息保护的规定成为一大亮点,该条规定首次从民事基本法的层面确认和保护了公民个人信息权,并明确了个人信息保护的基本行为规范。近年来,侵犯个人信息的事件屡见不鲜,其对公民的生活和社会秩序都产生了极大影响。因此,文章以《民法总则》第111条为切入点,分析和探讨个人信息的民法保护,并提出完善个人信息保护的法律路径。

After the promulgation of the General Principles of Civil Law, the provisions of article 111 on the protection of personal information have beeome a highlight. This artiele for the first time eonfirmed and protected eitizens＂ personal information rights from the level of eivil basie law, and elarified the basie eode of eonduet for personal information proteetion. In reeent years, violations of personal information have been eommonplaee, and they have had a eertain impaet on eitizens＂ lives and soeial order. Therefore, this artiele used artiele 111 of the General Prineiples of Civil Law as an entry point to analyze and discuss the civil law protection of personal information, and proposed a legal path to improve personal information proteetion.
