双波长光纤半导体激光治疗机辅助治疗小儿肺炎疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察对肺炎患儿应用双波长光纤半导体激光治疗机辅助治疗的效果及影响。方法选取我院于2016年8月~2018年1月收治的小儿肺炎患儿,将其随机分为对照组与治疗组。其中对照组患儿应用常规抗感染治疗配合止咳化痰等药物治疗方式,治疗组患儿则在对照组的基础治疗方式上加用双波长光纤半导体激光治疗机进行辅助治疗。经治疗后对比两组患儿的临床疗效及有关症状消失时间。结果治疗组患儿经基础治疗配合双波长光纤半导体激光治疗机进行辅助治疗后,其治疗总有效率为92.5%,对照组患儿治疗总有效率为67.5%;且治疗组患儿治疗后咳嗽及肺部啰音持续时间、住院天数均显著短于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿肺炎患儿的治疗过程中,应用基础抗感染及止咳化痰等药物治疗配合双波长光纤半导体激光治疗机进行辅助治疗,可显著提升患儿治疗效率,缩短其病程及有关临床症状消失时间,在临床中具有较高的应用价值。 Objective To observe the effect and influence of dual-wavelength fiber-optic semiconductor laser adjunctive therapy on the treatment of children with pneumonia. Methods Children with pediatric pneumonia admitted in ourhospital from August 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The childrenin the control group were treated with conventional anti-infective treatment combined with cough and phlegm drugs. Inthe treatment group, the dual-wavelength fiber-optic semiconductor laser treatment machine was used for adjuvanttreatment based on the basic treatment of the control group. After treatment, the clinical efficacy and the disappearancetime of related symptoms between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment with basic therapy and dual-wavelength fiber-optic semiconductor laser treatment machine, the total effective rate of the treatment group was92.5%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 67.5%. The duration of cough and asthma and the length ofhospital stay were significantly shorter than those of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions betweenthe two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of children with pneumonia, the application of basic anti-infectiveand cough and phlegm drugs combined with dual-wavelength fiber-optic semiconductor laser therapy machine can significantly improve the treatment efficiency, shorten the course of disease and the disappearance time of related clinicalsymptoms. It has a high application value in the clinic.
