Objective To apply the standardized skin intervention in the patients with skin damage after breast cancerradiotherapy, and to evaluate its effect on the repair of skin damage. Methods 198 patients undergoing breast cancerradiotherapy who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to March 2017 were assigned to groups for study.Group B was given routine nursing intervention, and group A was given standardized skin nursing care. The nursingresults were evaluated for both groups. Results The degree of skin damage after nursing in group A was mostly distributed in grades 0~1, and group B was mostly in grades 2~3. The degree of skin damage after nursing in group A wascompared with that in group B, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05); there was no significant differencein the quality of life scores before nursing between the two groups(P〉0.05). The quality of life scores in group A afternursing were compared with that in group B, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05); the satisfactiondegree in group A was 92.93%, and compared with that of 81.82% in the control group, the difference was statisticallysignificant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Standardized skin care intervention has a significant effect in the patients receivingbreast cancer radiotherapy, which can reduce the degree of skin damage after radiotherapy and improve the quality oflife. It is worthy of clinical application.
