心理干预对老年糖尿病肾病患者负性心理因素的影响

Effect of psychological intervention on negative psychological factors in elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy

目的研究心理干预对老年糖尿病肾病患者负性心理因素的影响。方法选取我院2015年5月~2017年5月接收的70例老年糖尿病肾病患者,按照随机数表法分为两组,其中对照组35例,对其进行常规的护理干预,观察组35例,在常规护理的基础上对其进行心理护理干预,对比分析两种护理干预方式对老年糖尿病肾病患者负性心理因素的影响。结果治疗后,观察组患者在负性心理改善方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者护理满意度为97.1%,对照组患者护理满意度为71.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对老年糖尿病肾病患者进行护理干预时,实施心理护理干预能够显著改善患者的负性心理,促进患者对医院护理满意度、临床治疗效果的提高,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of psychological intervention on negative psychological factors in elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 70 patients with senile diabetic nephropathy admitted in our hospital fromMay 2015 to May 2017 were enrolled and divided into two groups according to the random number table method. Among them, 35 patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention. 35 cases in the observation groupwere treated with psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The effects of two nursing interventions on negative psychological factors in elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, the improvement of negative psychology in the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the nursingsatisfaction of the observation group was 97.1%, and the satisfaction of the control group was 71.4%. The differencewas statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the nursing intervention of elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy, the implementation of psychological nursing intervention can significantly improve the patient＇s negative psychology, promote patients＇ satisfaction with hospital care, improve the clinical treatment effect, and is worthy of clinical application.
