超乳联合人工晶状体植入术治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障

Efficacy evaluation of phacoemulsification with IOL implantation in patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract

目的:分析透明角膜切口超声乳化白内障人工晶状体植入术治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者的临床应用效果。方法:选取2016-06/2018-01期间我院收治的急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者80例80眼纳入本组研究,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者采用超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗,对照组患者采用青光眼白内障联合术治疗,将两组患者治疗结果进行对比。结果:两组患者术后视力、眼压和并发症发生率比较,观察组改善优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论:超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床效果显著。

AIM： To study and analyze the clinical effect of phacoemulsification with intraocular lens（IOL）implantation in patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract. METHODS： From June 2016 to January 2018, 80 patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma and cataract admitted to our hospital were enrolled in this study. They were divided into two groups according to random number table. They were divided into observation group and control group, respectively. The patients in the control group were treated by phacoemulsification and IOL implantation. The observation group were treated with combined surgery for glaucoma and cataract. The difference between the two groups was compared. RESULTS： After operation, the visual acuity, intraocular pressure and complications of the observation group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： The clinical effect of phacoemulsification with IOL implantation in the treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma with cataract is of great clinical value.
