群众文化视域下非物质文化遗产保护与传承研究——以重庆市九龙坡区为例

Research on the Protection and Inheritance of Intangible Cultural Heritage in the Perspective of Mass Culture: Taking Jiulongpo District of Chongqing as an Example

群众文化是构建公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分。随着公共文化服务体系的逐渐完善,群众文化在公共服务体系中的重要地位日益凸显。目前非物质文化遗产的保护和传承逐渐向群众文化需求靠拢,非物质文化遗产的保护传承及利用需要以群众文化活动作为主要载体进行,由政府、社会组织、居民作为保护传承及利用主体而形成三维构架体系。本文对重庆市九龙坡区各乡镇对非物质文化遗产传承和保护的措施进行探讨,详细梳理了群众文化服务中社区文化、校园文化、企业文化等对非物质文化遗产进行保护与传承的方式,以期为非物质文化遗产保护和传承提供新的思路和方法。

Mass culture is an important part of the construction of the public cultural service system. With the gradual improvement and deepening of the public cuhural service system, the important status of mass culture in the public service system is becoming increasingly prominent. At present, the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage is gradually approaching to the cultural needs of the society- and the demand of the market economy. The protection, inheritance and utilization of the intangible cultural heritage needs the mass culture as the main carrier. The government, social organizations and residents are the three dimensional fi＇amework for protecting the main body of inheritance and utilization. Based on the measures to inherit and protect the intangible cultural heritage of the villages and towns of the Jiulongpo District of Chongqing, the ways of protecting and inheriting the intangible cultural heritage in the mass culture service were clarified in detail, such as the community culture, campus culture and enterprise culture. It provides new ideas and methods for the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.
