重庆文理学院法学专业学生实践活动调查与思考

The Investigation and Thought on the Practice of Students MajoringinLaw of Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences

实践活动是提升学生综合实践能力的重要环节。通过对重庆文理学院法学专业学生实践活动参与情况调查发现,该校法学专业学生实践活动存在学生对实践活动认识不够、形式有待丰富、实践活动流于形式、与专业知识结合不够紧密等问题。为此,重庆文理学院应该从深化实践活动的目的和意义、开展更多更丰富的实践活动、转变实践活动形式、紧密结合专业开展活动等方面进行改革,以提高法学专业学生的综合实践能力,促进学生全面发展。

The practical activityis an important link to improve students＇ comprehensive practical ability. Through the investigation on the participation of the students of law major in Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences, the results show that there are a series of problems such as the students＇ insufficient knowledge about the importance of practical activities, the forms of practical activities requiring to be enriched, limited form of practical activities, andloosely combination of practical activities with professional knowledge. Therefore,file purpose and significance of practical activities should be deepened in Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences, more and more practical activities to be carried out, and the form of practical activities to be changed, with closely integrating with the profession,in order to improve the comprehensive practical ability of law students and promote their aU-round development.
