基于低碳发展的生态物流绩效评价研究——以重庆市为例

Research on the Performance Evaluation of Ecological Logistics Based on the Low-carbon Development——Take Chongqing as an Example

运用因子分析法对重庆市2006—2015年生态物流绩效进行评价。研究发现:近十年重庆市生态物流保持着越来越好的发展态势;重庆物流业过去单一追求规模和数量的扩张对生态物流绩效造成了负面影响;同时,政府对环保的立法和监管对生态物流的发展也起到了促进作用。最后,根据分析的结果提出对策建议。

The taetor analysis was used to evaluate the pertormanee of ecological logistics in Chongqing from 2006 to 2015. The resuhs show that： over the past decade, Chongqing＇s ecological logistics has maintained an increasingly good development trend; the expansion of scale and quantity of Chongqing＇s logistics industry in the past has had a negative impact on the performance of ecological logistics; meanwhile, the government＇s legislation and regulation on the environmental protection has also played a positive role in promoting the development of ecological logistics. Finally, the conclusions and eountermeasm＇es were put torward based on the resuhs of the analysis.
