高校教与学的内在统一性问题

Intrinsic Unity of Teaching and Learning in Higher Education

当前我国高校教与学的矛盾十分突出,已严重影响到教学质量,必须深化教育与教学改革。现实教学中教与学的矛盾主要表现为教师与学生行为的双异化、教学供给与学生需求不匹配、教学模式统一性与个性化培养相矛盾,以及课堂教学与课外学习不协调等。导致这些问题的原因有多种,涉及体制与机制、教师和学生等多个方面,必须通过管理和考评机制改革、教师主导作用发挥、专业与课程优化、教材与教学内容创新、教学方式转变和教师素质提高等综合性措施,从根本上解决教与学的矛盾。

In Chinese universities,the contradiction between teaching and learning is so prominent as to affect the quality of teaching.The reform of education and teaching needs deepening.The contradiction between teaching and learning in practical teaching is mainly reflected in the double alienation of the behaviours of both teachers and students,the mismatch between teaching supply and students＇demand,the contradiction between the uniform teaching mode and individualized training,and the conflict between classroom teaching and extracurricular learning.There are many causes for these problems involving the system and mechanism,teachers and students and so on.These problems can be solved through reform of management and evaluation mechanism,the leading role of teachers,the optimization of specialty and curriculum,the innovation of teaching materials and teaching contents,the transformation of teaching methods and the improvement of teachers＇quality.
