摘要
以角色理论为分析视角,以研究生正式入学为时间节点,将其学术身份认同划分为想象和实践两个阶段。想象阶段的学术身份认同由自我角色期望主导,表现为本体性、功利性、相对性三类价值认同;实践阶段的学术身份认同作为主体想象阶段学术价值观的自然延伸与实践样态,以角色参与为主导,根据角色参与的方式与程度,又具体划分为表现型、功利型、内隐型三类学术身份认同。事实上,时间阶段的划分并不是完全割裂开来的,而是相互关联、互为一体的。
From the perspective of role theory,postgraduate academic identity is divided into two stages of imagination and practice stage with their enrollment time being the separate point.In the imagination stage,the academic identity is dominated by self-role expectation,and postgraduates may have ontological,utilitarian or relative value identification.In the practice stage,the academic identity,as a natural extension and realistic form of the subject's academic values in the imagination stage,is dominated by role-playing,and it can be further divided into the three sorts of manifest,utilitarian and covert academic identity according to the mode and extent of participation.In fact,the temporal stages are not clear-cut but interrelated and intertwined.
