摘要
以硝酸为溶剂,采用微波消解-等离子发射光谱法测定了乙丙橡胶的钒含量,确定了微波消解条件,优化了测试条件并建立了标准曲线。结果表明,以309.310 nm为测试波长,最优的实验条件为高频功率0.9 k W、雾化气流量0.60 L/min、观察高度9.0 mm;该方法线性相关系数为0.999,加标回收率为98%~105%,相对标准偏差低于3.6%,检出限为0.031μg/g。
The vanadium content in ethylene-pro- pylene rubber was determined by microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry with nitric acid as digestion solvent. The digestion condition was determined, parameters of the instrument were optimized and the calibration line was established. The results showed that with 309. 310 nm as test line, the optimized parameters were high-frequency power 0.9 kW, flow rate of atomized gas 0.60 L/min, observed ahitude 9.0 mm. The linearly dependent coefficient of the method was 0. 999, the recovery rate the of method was 98% - 105%, the reference standard deviation was less than 3.6% and detection limit was 0. 031μg/g.
