摘要
颗粒污染物是对喷气燃料影响最大的污染物质,针对颗粒污染物的污染度检测对于保证喷气燃料质量具有重要意义。自动颗粒计数法作为目前运用较为成熟的新型技术,具有操作简便、快速准确的优点,可对喷气燃料进行污染度测定。由于喷气燃料易含有水分杂质,油样的预处理方式将直接影响实验室条件下的测定结果的准确性。为提高自动颗粒计数器法测定结果重复性,本文通过试验对比了手工摇晃和超声波振荡两种方式的测定结果,通过数据分析和不确定分析证明了手工摇晃更适合作为含水喷气燃料污染度测定前的预处理方式。
Particle pollution is the most influential pollutant to jet fuel. The detection of particle pollution is of great significance to guarantee the quality of jet fuel. As a new and mature technology, automatic particle counting method has the advantages of simple operation, fast and accurate, and can measure pollution degree of jet fuel. As jet fuel is easy to contain moisture impurities, the pretreatment of oil sample will directly affect the accuracy of the test results under laboratory conditions. In order to improve the repeatability of measurement results by automatic particle counter method, this paper compares the measurement results of manual shaking and ultrasonic oscillation by tests.
