科研创新和工程实践计算机专业复合型人才培养模式探讨

摘要 培养复合型工程实践人才的关键是进行科研创新和培养实践能力,本文围绕创新科技和提高实践能力这一目标,在对地方高校的计算机专业学生的创新能力和实践能力进行分析之后,基于当地的教育现状,提出了复合型人才的培养模式。核心是对科研进行创新和提高学生工程实践能力,新的培养模式主要从创新教学理论、创新教学实践模式、建设精品课程及建设创新型的实践平台等方面进行改革,有助于地方高校完善复合型人才的培养模式。 Cultivate engineering practice talents is the key to research and innovation and the cultivation of practical ability, this article focuses on the goal of innovation science and technology, improve the practical ability, after analyzing the innovative and practical abilities of computer major students in local colleges and universities, based on the present situation of local education, the training mode of compound talents is put forward. The core is to innovate and improve students' engineering practical ability in scientifc research, a new training mode is reformed from the innovation teaching theory and teaching practice mode, construction of excellent courses and the practice of building an innovative platform, which will help improve the inter-disciplinary talent’s training mode in local colleges and universities.
