基于教育为本的理念,针对工科院校学生的毕业实践教学环节中存在的问题,提出了毕业实习、毕业设计和就业一体化紧密结合的教学模式。介绍了本模式的实施过程、内容和采取的具体措施及实施效果,指出采用新模式对人才培养的重要意义。

In view of the problems existing in the graduation practice teaching session of Engineering Colleges and Universities. The closely integrated teaching model of integration of graduation practice and graduation design and employment are proposed, which are based on the concept of education-based. It is introduced that the implementation process and content and specifc measures taken of the new teaching model, as well as the implementation effect. The importance of using the new model for talent training is pointed out.
