摘要
针对测绘与地理信息类青年教师教学调研中普遍存在的教学经验不足、教学技能缺乏系统培训、教学针对性不足等问题,结合学科发展特点和学校特色,从"严格执行辅导、听课及全过程督导制度,加强教学基本技能培养""大幅提升教学奖励力度,激励投身教学热情""注重新技术、新设备的开发应用,提升实践教学能力"及"积极参与各类教学及学术交流活动,拓宽知识视野"等方面不断探索,形成具有鲜明行业和学校特色的测绘与地理信息类青年教师教学技能提升模式,青年教师的教学能力及专业人才的培养质量得到显著提升。
From the teaching investigation on young teachers of mapping and geographic information, it is commonly found that they are short of teaching experience, systematic training on teaching skills and teaching pertinence, etc. Combine the characteristics of disciplinary development with school features, we continuously endeavor to explore many aspects which include “Strict implementation on regime of guidance, classroom observation, supervision of total process and strengthen the basic skills training on teaching”, “For stimulating teachers’ enthusiasm on teaching, promote the competition reward of teaching and professional discipline which young teachers attend”, “Improve the practical teaching skills and pay attention to the development application of new technology and equipment”, besides,“Participate in various activities of teaching and academic exchange to broaden the horizon of knowledge”. These actions of above mentioned form the improving mode of teaching skills among young teachers in mapping and geographic information, and the mode has the distinct characteristics of industry and school. Furthermore, young teachers’ teaching skills and quality of professionals improve signifcantly.
