煤炭主体专业校企协同育人教学模式探索

Exploration on the Education Model of College-enterprise Cooperation of Professional in Coal Major

针对当前学校在传统课堂教学模式下培养的学生专业素质与企业对专业人才的要求不对等的情况,通过分析煤炭主体专业传统教学方法和培养模式的特点和存在的问题,提出了校企资源共享协同育人的教学新模式。新教学模式打破了传统的课堂教学和课本教学特点,建立了课堂在线互动教学和岗位现场专业教学融为一体的专业课程教学体系。教学实施效果表明新教学模式克服了传统教学弊端,提高了学生学习专业知识的兴趣,着重培养了学生的专业技能、创新能力和解决工程实际问题的能力,实现了学校人才培养与企业需求的无缝对接。

Due to the nonequivalence of students’ academic qualification and the requirements of employment caused by the traditional education model, this thesis puts forward a new teaching mode of university-enterprise resource sharing and co-education by analyzing the characteristics and existing problems of the traditional teaching method and training mode of coal subject specialty.The characteristics of traditional classroom teaching and textbook teaching have been broken, and a professional course teaching system has been established, which integrates online interactive teaching and on-site professional teaching. The teaching mode practice shows that the new teaching mode has overcome the disadvantages of traditional teaching, and the students＇ interest in learning professional knowledge has been improved, and the students＇ professional skills, innovation ability and ability to solve practical engineering problems have been trained, and the school＇s talent cultivation has been consistent with the needs of enterprises.
