地方本科院校新工科建设的实践探索

Research on the Construction of Emergent Engineering in the Local Undergraduate Universities

为应对未来产业升级与经济发展的挑战,开展新工科建设与发展势在必行。地方本科院校应该承担起责任,主动作为,以新工科建设的必要性为出发点,基于工程人才培养模式的现状,着力从教育理念、学科专业、培养模式、产教融合、科研创新、师资队伍、管理机制七方面对新工科建设提出了实践思路。

The development of emerging engineering education is indeed necessary to manage the challenge of incoming industrial transformation and economic development. Under this circumstance, local undergraduate universities should take the responsibility, start with the need of emerging engineering education, then extend to the current situation of the applied talents cultivation. Based on these mentioned above, local undergraduate universities should expound the seven following facts： education concept, disciplinary construction, talent training model, fusion of education and industry, innovate research, teachers＇ hierarchy and type, as well as management mechanism. These facts will pave the way for the development of the emerging engineering education.
