摘要
"卓越计划"是教育部为完善人才培养模式,培养具有工程性、创新性和国际视野的人才而提出的国家性战略,而工程实践教育作为理工科高等院校教育的重要组成部分是培养出色的工程技术人才"卓越计划"中的关键环节。结合校企合作联合培养卓越工程师的重要意义,对兰州理工大学能源与动力工程专业卓越工程师的培养目标、校企合作联合培养模式的改进、工程实践教育与评价等进行介绍,对实施过程遇到的问题进行分析并进行了一些创新探索,同时提出研究对策与改进建议。
The ＂Excellent Engineer Education Program＂ is a national strategy proposed by the Ministry of Education to improve personnel training models and cultivate talents with engineering, innovation and international vision. Engineering practice education is an important part of the science and engineeringeducation in higher education. It is a key link in the training of outstanding engineers and technicians in the ＂Excellent Engineer Education Program＂. Combining the importance of school-enterprise cooperation to cultivate outstanding engineers, the training objectives of the outstanding engineer program for energy and power engineering in the Lanzhou University of Technology, the improvement of the joint training model for school-enterprise cooperation, the education and evaluation of engineering practice were introduced. The problems were analyzed and some innovative explorations were made. At the same time, research countermeasures and suggestions for improvement were proposed.
