摘要
从词源及概念辨析来看,"核心素养"与"素质"等相关概念之间既有区别又有内在统一性,从"素质"走向"核心素养"是素质教育发展的新阶段。从"素质"到"核心素养"的嬗变历经了"素质教育的提出、素质教育改革的初步探索与发展、素质教育改革的深入发展与核心素养的提出"过程,这一嬗变是素质教育的深化和发展,增强了课程与教学的针对性和学校人才培养目标的实践操作性。
From the perspective of etymology and concept discrimination, there are both differences andinternal u"nity between the related concepts such as"core accomplishment"and"quality", and the transition fromquality"to"core accomplishment"is a new stage of the development of qualityoriented education. The evolution from"quality"to"core accomplishment"has gone through the process of proposal ofqualityoriented education, preliminary exploration and development of quality education reform, deepened development of quality education reform and proposal of core accomplishment. The evolution is the deepeningand development of qualityoriented education, which strengthens the pertinence of curriculum and teachingand the practical operation of school talent training.
