腔内激光联合高位结扎治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床效果研究

Clinical effect of intracavitary laser combined with high ligation for treatment of great saphenous vein

目的观察分析腔内激光联合高位结扎治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床疗效。方法选择2016年1月至2016年12月期间内蒙古科技大学包头医学院第一附属医院收治的86例大隐静脉曲张患者,根据手术方式,分为传统手术治疗组和腔内激光联合高位结扎治疗组,每组43例。比较并统计手术情况和并发症情况。结果腔内激光治疗组在手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间方面优于传统手术组(P<0.05)。腔内激光治疗组在术后明显疼痛、局部严重淤血、大腿硬条索等方面优于传统手术组(P<0.05),但在超过一年胫内侧麻木并发症方面,腔内激光治疗组与传统手术组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腔内激光联合高位结扎治疗大隐静脉曲张具有疗效确切、微创、恢复快、安全高效等优点,具有推广价值。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of intracavitary laser combined with high ligation in the treatment of saphenous varices. Methods 86 patients with great saphenous veins admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College, Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology from January 2016 to December 2016, according to the surgical procedure, they were divided into the traditional surgical treatment group and the intracavitary laser combined with high ligation treatment group, with 43 patients in each group. Compare and count the surgical situation and complications. Results The intracavitary laser treatment group was superior to the traditional surgery group in operation time, intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time（P0.05）. The intracavitary laser treatment group was superior to the traditional surgery group in terms of postoperative pain, severe local congestion, and thigh hard cords（P0.05）, but in more than one year of medial numbness complications, intracavitary laser treatment group and tradition There was no difference in the operation group（P0.05）. Conclusion Intracavitary laser combined with high ligation for the treatment of saphenous vein varicose has the advantages of definite curative effect, minimally invasive, rapid recovery, safe and efficient, and has the promotion value.
