摘要
以3个抗倒性不同的玉米品种为试材,分别设置施钾处理,以不施钾为对照,测定南起第1、3、5、7行玉米基部第三节间的抗弯折力、弯折功、截面惯性矩等力学性状,以及纤维素等3种化学组分,并测定植株的产量性状。结果表明:茎秆截面惯性矩、抗弯折力和弯折功的行序间差异达到统计显著水平,行序的总贡献率分别达到19. 5%、27. 5%和18. 7%;钾肥对截面惯性矩的作用达到统计显著水平,总贡献率为4. 1%;品种对抗弯折力和弯折功的作用达到统计显著水平,总贡献率分别为5. 5%和10. 5%;行序对钾含量作用总贡献率最大为9. 9%并达到统计显著水平;行序×钾肥互作对纤维素含量的作用总贡献率最大为12. 6%并达到统计显著水平;品种对木质素含量作用总贡献率为10. 8%并达到统计显著水平;产量性状上,品种的作用占绝对优势,并达到统计显著水平。综之,随行序的增大,玉米茎秆的力学性能下降,从第3行开始各性状基本稳定,所以,为保证茎秆力学数据的准确性和对群体的代表性,玉米田间小区试验至少应从第3行进行取样。
Three maize varieties with different lodging resistance were used as test materials. They were treated with potassium, and no potassium application was used as the control. The mechanical properties of bending resistance, bending work, moment of inertia in the third internode of maize base from the first, third, fifth, seventh rows from the south, and three kinds of chemical components such as cellulose were measured, and the yield characteristics of maize were also measured. The results showed the difference between the moment of inertia, bending force and bending work of stem section reached statistically significant level, and the total contribution rate of the row sequence reached 19.5%, 27.5% and 18.7%, respectively. The effect of potassium fertilizer on the moment of inertia was statistically significant with a total contribution rate of 4.1%. The effect of variety on bending force and bending work reached the statistically significant level with a total contribution rate of 5.5% and 10.5% respectively. The total contribution rate of the sequence to potassium content was 9.9% and reached a statistically significant level. The total contribution rate of interaction between row and K fertilizer to cellulose content was 12.6% and reached a statistically significant level. The total contribution rate of varieties to lignin content was 10.8% and reached a statistically significant level. In terms of yield traits, the role of variety was dominant and reached a statistically significant level. In conclusion, the mechanical properties of maize stalk decreased and the characters of the maize stalk were basically stable from the third lines with the increase of row order. In order to ensure the accuracy of stalk mechanical data and the representative of the population,at least the third lines could be sampled in the maize field plot test.
