摘要
本试验以辣椒为寄主植物,研究西花蓟马对番茄环纹斑点病毒侵染辣椒后的行为反应,比较分析病毒侵染前后辣椒挥发物的异同。研究发现,与模拟接毒辣椒相比,西花蓟马偏好选择机械接毒辣椒,但在产卵量上二者没有显著性差异。从模拟接毒和带毒辣椒植株挥发物中共收集26种化合物,含量差异显著的物质有14种。结果表明,西花蓟马对机械接毒辣椒植株有一定的偏好,番茄环纹斑点病毒侵染能诱导辣椒植株挥发物种类和含量的变化。
The effects of Tomato zonate spot virus (TZSV) infection on plant attractiveness for Frankliniella occidentalis and the volatile compounds of the treated plants (infected and non-infected by TZSV) were studies. The results showed that F. occidentalis was more likely to select TZSV-infected pepper plants, whereas there was no significant difference between TZSV infected and non-infected pepper plants in the fecundity of F. occidentalis. Twenty-six types of compounds were identified from the treated pepper plants, and 14 types had significant difference between the two kinds of treated plants. In conclusion,TZSV-infection could alter the varieties and content of host volatile compounds, resulting in attracting thrips vector.
