番茄环纹斑点病毒侵染辣椒挥发物成分分析及对西花蓟马行为反应影响 被引量:4

Analysis of Volatile Compounds of Pepper Plants Infected by Tomato zonate spot virus and Their Effects on Frankliniella occidentalis

摘要 本试验以辣椒为寄主植物,研究西花蓟马对番茄环纹斑点病毒侵染辣椒后的行为反应,比较分析病毒侵染前后辣椒挥发物的异同。研究发现,与模拟接毒辣椒相比,西花蓟马偏好选择机械接毒辣椒,但在产卵量上二者没有显著性差异。从模拟接毒和带毒辣椒植株挥发物中共收集26种化合物,含量差异显著的物质有14种。结果表明,西花蓟马对机械接毒辣椒植株有一定的偏好,番茄环纹斑点病毒侵染能诱导辣椒植株挥发物种类和含量的变化。 The effects of Tomato zonate spot virus (TZSV) infection on plant attractiveness for Frankliniella occidentalis and the volatile compounds of the treated plants (infected and non-infected by TZSV) were studies. The results showed that F. occidentalis was more likely to select TZSV-infected pepper plants, whereas there was no significant difference between TZSV infected and non-infected pepper plants in the fecundity of F. occidentalis. Twenty-six types of compounds were identified from the treated pepper plants, and 14 types had significant difference between the two kinds of treated plants. In conclusion,TZSV-infection could alter the varieties and content of host volatile compounds, resulting in attracting thrips vector.
