新时代大数据思维推进精准扶贫的理论、实践探索与路径优化——基于对甘肃和贵州的调查思考

精准扶贫政策的实施是我国扶贫战略的重大转型。但扶贫工作中存在着扶贫对象不精准、帮扶措施缺乏针对性、扶贫效果无法跟踪等问题。新时代大数据思维为精准扶贫提供了新的理念和技术支持。基于对甘肃和贵州的调查,两省率先在全国建立起大数据管理平台,发挥了大数据在精准扶贫中的分析、监控、预警和展示能力。为进一步推动大数据在未来精准扶贫、精准脱贫中的有效运用,还需要充分认识大数据的重要性,注重数据安全,并加大数据人才培养力度。

The implementation of the precise poverty alleviation policy is a major transformation of China＇ s poverty alleviation strategy. However, there are some problems in poverty alleviation work, such as inaccurate targets, lack of pertinence in aid measures, and inability to track the effect of poverty alleviation. Big data thinking in the new era provides new ideas and technical support for precision poverty alleviation. Based on the survey of Gansu Province and Guizhou province, the two provinces took the lead in setting up large data management platforms nationwide, and played a role in the analysis, monitoring, early warning and display of large data in precise poverty alleviation. In order to further promote the effective use of big data to take targeted measures to help people lift themselves out of poverty in the future, it is also necessary to fully understand the importance of big data, pay attention to data security, and increase the training of data talents.
