山西省细菌鉴定室间质量评价结果回顾分析

Retrospective analysis on external quality assessment of bacterial identification items in Shanxi Province

目的了解山西省医疗机构近9年来临床微生物学室间质量评价(external quality assessment,EQA)细菌鉴定项目的检测能力。方法收集2009年至2017年山西省细菌鉴定EQA反馈结果,对所涉及菌株鉴定正确率进行统计学分析。结果参加山西省临床微生物室间质量评价的实验室以二级公立医疗机构为主,占74.5%。9年来共发放质评样本90份,共涉及33个菌属,54个菌种。累积通过网络上报结果1530份。质评合格率以2012年最低为83.8%,2015年最高为95.7%,9年累积合格率为91.0%。质评样本鉴定正确率从33.1%～100.0%不等。结论通过参加室间质量评价,可以加强临床微生物实验室质量管理,找出存在的问题和不足,促进检测能力的提高。

ObjectiveTo study the detection capability of bacterial identification items of the clinical microbiology external quality assessment （EQA） in Shanxi medical institutions for the past 9 years. MethodsThe EQA feedback results of bacterial identiflcation in Shanxi Province from 2009 to 2017 were collected, and the accuracy rate of bacterial identiflcation was statistically analyzed. ResultsThe laboratories that participated in the external quality assessment of clinical microbiology in Shanxi Province were mainly secondary public medical institutions, accounting for 74.5%. Over the past 9 years, 90 samples have been issued, including 33 genera and 54 species. A total of 1530 copies were returned by Internet. The qualifled rate of quality evaluation was 83.8% in 2012, 95.7% in 2015, and the cumulative rate was 91.0% in the past 9 years. The accuracy rate of quality evaluation samples ranged from 33.1% to 100.0%. ConclusionBy participating in the EQA, the quality management of the clinical microbiology laboratories can be strengthened to flnd out existing problems and deflciencies and promote the detection capability.
