不同剂量米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗稽留流产的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in the treatment of missed abortion

目的:探讨不同剂量米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗稽留流产的疗效。方法:选择2015年1月至2017年12月本院收治的74例稽留流产患者进行研究分析,并以电脑随机分组方式,将74例稽留流产患者随机分为常规组与研究组,各37例患者。常规组予以100mg米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗;研究组予以200mg米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗。统计分析两组完全流产率、宫颈软化以及扩张率。结果:研究组完全流产率91.89%明显高于常规组75.68%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),且研究组宫颈软化及扩张效果达到了100.00%,比较常规组62.16%而言,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相较于低剂量米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗效果而言,稽留流产患者行大剂量米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗的效果更为确切,宫颈软化扩张更明显、完全流产率更高。

Objective：To explore the effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in the treatment of missed abortion. Methods： From January 2015 to December 2017, 74 cases of missed abortion in our hospital to study and analysis, and with computer random grouping, 74 patients with missed abortion were randomly divided into normal group and the team, the 37 cases. The conventional group was treated with 100mg mifepristone combined with misoprostol. The study group received 200mg mifepristone combined with misoprostol for treatment. The rates of complete abortion, cervical softening and dilatation were statistically analyzed. Results：The team complete abortion rate 91.89% 75.68%, significantly higher than the conventional group the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）, and the team the cervix softening and expansion effect reached 100.00%, 62.16% comparing to conventional group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion： Compared with low dosage mifepristone compatibility misoprostol treatment effect, missed abortion patients with large doses of mifepristone compatibility of misoprostol treatment effect more exactly, the cervix softening expansion more apparent, complete abortion rate is higher.
