康复新液对光老化HaCaT细胞保护作用的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察康复新液对中波紫外线(UVB)照射损伤后皮肤角质形成细胞(HaCaT细胞)的影响,初步探讨其作用机制。方法:采用UVB辐射HaCaT细胞进行造模,分为空白组、模型组、药物组。空白组不给予处理,模型组、药物组分别予不同剂量UVB辐射,药物组在模型组基础上给予康复新液。以CCK8法测定细胞增殖活力,酶生化法测定过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶、乳酸脱氢酶含量。结果:与模型组比较,同等UVB剂量下药物组乳酸脱氢酶含量下降(P<0.01),超氧化物歧化酶含量及细胞增殖活力升高(P<0.01)。结论:康复新液可通过减轻UVB对HaCaT细胞氧化应激性损伤,从而达到对HaCaT细胞的保护作用。 Objective To observe the protective effect of Kangfuxin Solution on photoaging Human Keratinocytes (HaCaT cells) induced by ultraviolet radiation B (UVB), and explore its underlying mechanism. Methods The models of photoaging HaCaT cell were established by UVB radiation, which were divided into blank group, model group and drug group, respectively.The blank group was not treated, the model group and the drug group were given different doses of UVB radiation, while the drug group was given the kangfuxinye on the basis of the model group, and then the cell proliferation activity was measured by CCK8. The contents of catalase, superoxide dismutase and lactate dehydrogenase were measured by enzyme biochemical method. Results Compared with the model group of the same UVB dose, the level of lactate dehydrogenase in the drug group was lower(P〈0.01), while the contents of superoxide dismutase, catalase and cell proliferation increased (P〈0.01). Conclusion Kangfuxin Solution has the protective effect on HaCaT cells by inhibiting the damage of UVB to HaCaT cells.
