电解损毁杏仁中央核对大鼠牙移动疼痛的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究杏仁中央核(Thecentralnucleusofamygdala,CeA)对大鼠牙移动疼痛的影响。方法:采用电解损毁方法对成年雄性大鼠分别行CeA单侧(15只)及双侧损毁(15只)记为模型组,对照组行假损毁手术(30只),术后恢复3d,建立实验性牙移动模型,记录牙移动痛觉行为学变化,实验结束后灌流动物,取脑组织,切片染色,对毁损部位进行定位。结果:与对照组大鼠相比,模型组大鼠痛觉行为学指标-面部修整行为(Face-grooming)明显降低,尤其在加力1d后减少最为显著,且双侧损毁CeA对大鼠痛觉行为学指标的影响,即降低程度大于单侧损毁CeA组。结论:CeA在大鼠牙移动疼痛的调控中扮演重要角色,损毁CeA可一定程度地改善牙移动疼痛症状。 Objective To study the effect of the central nucleus of amygdala (CeA) lesions on tooth movement induced-pain in rats. Methods Adult male rats were subjected to unilateral or bilateral CeA electrolytic lesions in model group, while the control group underwent false lesion surgery. Three days after surgery, experimental tooth movement model was established to record the changes in behavior of tooth movement induced-pain. Results Compared with the rats in the control group, the rats in the model group showed a signifcant decrease in the index of pain behavior-face-grooming, especially in one day. Moreover, the effect of bilateral CeA lesions on the rats'pain behavior was signifcantly reduced, that is, the degree of reduction was greater than that of unilateral CeA lesion group. Conclusion CeA plays an important role in the regulation of tooth movement induced-pain in rats.
