摘要
目的:评价微信在整形门诊手术患者围手术期健康宣教护理的工作效果。方法:选取笔者科室2017年8月-12月的门诊手术患者227例,随机分为对照组(n=113)和实验组(n=114)。对照组采用口头及书面的健康宣教方式,实验组利用微信进行健康宣讲,比较分析两组患者对整个围手术期护理健康宣教的知晓率、执行率和满意率。结果:术后1周行电话随访,实验组患者对于围手术期各种健康宣教内容的知晓率都明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且实验组对宣教内容的执行率及满意率分别为86.84%(99/114)、94.74%(108/114),对照组为63.72%(72/113)、69.03%(78/113),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用微信进行围手术期健康宣教可增加受术者的满意率,提高护理工作效率。
Objective To evaluate the effect of WeChat in perioperative health education for patients undergoing plastic surgery. Methods 227 patients in our department from August 2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into the control group (n=113) and the experimental group (n=114). The control group received oral and written health education. The experimental group used WeChat to carry out health education. The awareness rate, implementation rate and satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results One week after operation, the awareness rate of various health education contents in the experimental group was signifcantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant(P〈0.05). The implementation rate and satisfaction rate of the experimental group were 86.84% (99/114) and 94.74% (108/114), while the control group were 63.72% (72/113) and 69.03% (78/113), the differences were statistically signifcant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The use of WeChat in perioperative health education can increase the satisfaction rate of patients and improve the effciency of nursing work.
