摘要 为满足多型机载导弹发射装置电气系统的测试需求,设计了一种基于柔性测试技术的通用测试平台。测试平台配置了各型被测产品所需的全部测试资源,包括1553B/429总线、CAN总线、串口、数字量输入/输出、模拟量输入/输出、程控电源、功率开关等,通过海量互联技术连接被测产品。测试软件以柔性测试为框架,提供了底层所有硬件资源的控制接口,针对不同测试对象配置硬件资源,形成不同测试序列,实现不同测试对象的测试软件快速开发。通用测试平台提供了完整的硬件资源和容易开发的软件架构,大大降低了设备成本,缩短产品开发周期。 To test different kinds of electrical system of airborne missile launchers, a universal test platform for launchers based on flexible testing technology is designed. All test resources needed for each unit under test (UUT) are installed in the platform, including 1553B/429 bus, CAN bus, serial port, DI/DO channels, AD/DA channels, programmable power supply and power switches. UUT is connected to the platform through massive interconnection technology. Test software uses flexible test framework, in which control interfaces for all hard- ware are provided. For different UUT, different hardware resources are configured and different test sequences can form. In this way, test software for different UUT can be developed quickly. Since complete hardware re- sources and flexible software framework are included in the platform, the cost for test equipment decreases sig- nificantly and product development period is shortened.
