基于VPM系统的新舟民机产品数据控制技术研究

Research on Xinzhou Commercial Products Data Control Technology Based on VPM System

随着信息技术的发展，PLM技术已深入应用到国产民机产品研制过程，成为企业提升竞争力的有力手段。结合国产新舟60飞机产品数据控制现状，分析了行业先进的构型控制流程规范，提出了基于VPM系统的飞机数据变更控制平台应用架构及其功能，重点讨论了VPM系统中如何更规范地实现数据控制管理，为国产民机后续全面的构型管理提供了新思维。

With the development of information technology, PLM technology has been thorough applied to the development course of the domestic eommercial products, and has become a powerful tool for enterprises to en- hance their competitiveness. Combining with the present situation of product data control for domestic Xinzhou- 60 aircraft, the industry＇s advanced configuration control process specification was analyzed, and the aircraft da- ta change control platform application architecture and its function based on VPM system were proposed, how to implement the data more regular control management in the VPM system was discussed. It provides a new thinking for domestic civil aircraft subsequent comprehensive configuration management.
