基于1553B总线的导弹模拟器设计

摘要 为满足武器火控系统联试和功能检查的需求,设计了基于1553B总线的导弹模拟器。通过分析模拟器内部信息流以确定硬件选型,设计了7倍分压信号调理电路,以满足数据采集模块的输入要求;借助MIL-STD-1553PCI模块的驱动软件接口设计了导弹时序仿真和消息处理等软件模块,并根据经验对常见的软件使用安全进行了分析和设计。经测试,该模拟器系统工作正确稳定,对模拟量采集误差小于0.1V,对消息处理和响应总延时超过21ms,各项指标均达到设计和使用要求,也为以后同类设备的研制提供了基础。 In order to meet the requirements of the joint test and functional inspection of fire control missile simulator based on 1553B bus was designed. The hardware model is determined by analyzing mation flow in the simulator. The 7-times voltage-divided signal conditioning circuit was designed to system, a the infor- meet the input requirements of the data acquisition module. The software modules of missile timing simulation and mes- sage processing were designed by using the MIL-STD-1553 PCI module' s driver software interface, and the safety of common software was analyzed and designed based on experience. After testing, the simulator system works correctly and stably. The acquisition error of the analog quantity is less than 0.1 V, and the total delay of message processing and response is not more than 21 ms. All the indexes meet the design and use require- ments, and also provide a foundation for the development of similar equipment in the future.
