摘要 爆炸箔是冲击片雷管的核心部件,也是高能等离子体换能的重要组成部分,研究爆炸箔的电特性及其ANSYS仿真预测技术,能够极大地降低成本,提高冲击片雷管的优化效果。针对冲击片雷管的爆炸箔特性,建立ANSYS仿真模型,通过电爆炸仿真技术实现了电阻值、电流密度、电爆炸过程及其峰值电流的仿真,并与试验结果进行了对比分析,ANSYS仿真与试验结果较吻合,验证了ANSYS仿真技术能够较为真实地预测爆炸箔的电爆炸特性。 As an important part of impact tube detonator, exploding foil initiator (EFI) bridge is also an impor- tant part of high energy plasma transduction systems. It is believed that it is possible to both improve the per- formanee of EFI and reduce the cost by studying the electrical characteristics of EFI and its ANSYS simulation prediction technology. Based on the model of EFI bridge with its performance, simulations are accomplished in the area of bridge resistance, current and initiating process by ANSYSTM. The simulation results are in good a- greement with the test results by comparison between them, which validate the effectiveness of the simulation method on the EFI bridge.
