摘要 结构健康监测目前是国内外研究的热点,而起落架结构又是结构健康监测技术的一个重要应用对象。起落架结构的结构健康监控技术的研究涉及结构动力学、材料科学、信号处理技术以及传感器技术等多个领域学科,从实验室研究走向实际工程应用需要进行大量试验验证研究。针对某飞机起落架结构动力学试验,开发一套运用数据处理、模型分析技术的通用试验分析系统。并从多学科交叉融合和工程应用角度,证明该系统具备良好的人机交互性和实践指导价值,对研发高性能、高可靠性的飞机起落架系统具有重要意义。 Structural health monitoring is currently a hot topic at home and abroad. Landing gear structure is an important application subject of structural health monitoring technology. The research on structural health moni- toring technology of landing gear structure involves structural dynamics, materials science, signal processing technology, sensor technology and other fields. From laboratory research to practical engineering application, a large number of experimental verification studies are required. A general test analysis system using data pro- cessing and model analysis was developed for the dynamic test of the landing gear structure of a certain air-craft. From the perspective of multidisciplinary cross integration and engineering application, it proves that the system has good human-computer interaction and practical guidance value, which is of great significance for the development of aircraft landing gear system with high performance and high reliability.
