摘要
航空发动机导管工作环境恶劣,是故障高发的零件,急需开展导管的疲劳性能试验研究。以航空发动机手工钎焊典型件为例进行导管的中值疲劳极限试验,为验证导管疲劳性能的可靠性提供重要数据。
Pipes in aero-engine are the high failure rate parts because of the bad working conditions. It is nee- essary to carry out the research on fatigue performance test of the pipes. The method for testing the mid-value fatigue performance of the typical pipes manufactured by artificial hand-soldering was introduced. The reliabili- ty of the pipes was vepsfied according to the test results.
