摘要
为提高型面类量规的检测效率,保证检测数据的准确性,研究运用坐标测量机Quindos6软件几何参数编程,替代传统的软件型面扫描导出实际型线到制图软件中与理论型线人工手动比对的方法,实现量规的实际型面与理论型面软件内自动拟合比对,达到快速精准地评价测量结果。
In order to improve the detection efficiency of profile gauges and ensure the accuracy of test data, thecoordinate measuring machine Quindos6 software geometric parameters programming is used to instead of the traditional software profile scanning to derive the actual profile to the mapping software for manual comparison with the theoretical profile. The actual profile of the gauge is automatically compared with the theoretical profile software to achieve rapid and accurate evaluation of the measurement results.
