摘要
研究了锻造Ti-46A1-4Nb-1.8Cr-0.2Ta合金通过降低Al元素含量和改善其热加工性能,适当增加了Nb元素的含量来提高合金的高温强度;该合金由γ/α2层片团和少量分布于层片团间的等轴1晶粒组成。研究了合金在750℃下的高周疲劳行为,结果表明合金具有较好的高温高周疲劳性能,其疲劳极限为490MPa,与合金的抗拉强度951MPa的比值为0.515。同时,用扫描电镜对合金的高周疲劳断口进行了观察。
Ti-46A1-4Nb-1.8Cr-0.2Ta casting alloy elements appropriate reducing the A1 content and improving thermal processing properties is investigated. The content of Nb elements is increased appropriately to increase the high-temperature strength of alloy. The alloy is combined by lamellar microstructure of the alloy by the γ/α2 lamella and a small amount of the distribution group in the interlayer sheet equiaxed γgrains. The high cy- cle fatigue properties of the alloy at 750℃ was researched. The results show that casting TiA1 alloys have excel- lent high-temperature high cycle fatigue property. The fatigue strength limit is 490 MPa, the ratio of fatigue strength to tensile strength is 0.515. At the same time, the high cycle fatigue fracture of the alloy was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).
