摘要
针对航空精密零件非完整凹球面球径尺寸的检测需求,提出了一种非完整凹球面球径尺寸的快速准确检测方法,设计了由钢球、数显高度尺、测量平板或机床工作台、计算机等组成的快速测量装置,开发了高效测量软件,描述了检测算法的推导过程及检测方法的实施过程。该检测方法巧妙地将传统的手工操作与计算机软件相结合,不但解决了高精度非完整凹球面球径尺寸的准确测量难题,而且简化了测量方法,提高了检测效率和精度。通过调整测量装置,能实现多种零件、多种球径尺寸的快速、准确测量。
A fast and accurate detection method for non-complete concave spherical diameters is proposed to meet the detection requirements of non-complete concave spherical diameters of aviation precision parts. A rap- id measuring device consisting of steel ball, digital display height ruler, measuring plate or machine tool table and computer was designed, and an efficient measurement software was developed, which described the deriva- tion process of the detection algorithm and the implementation process of the detection method. The detection method skillfully combines traditional manual operation with computer software, which not only solves the prob- lem of accurate measurement of spherical diameters of high precision and non-complete concave spherical di- ameters, but also simplifies the measurement method adjusting the measuring device, the fast and accurate can be realized. and improves the detection efficiency and precision.
