水电机组运行事件自动智能反应系统研究

摘要 基于计算机监控系统的水电机组运行管理模式,已经成功有效在国内外水厂实行30多年了。但对运行事件发生后的处理,仍然是被动、重复、较低效、滞后、专业技术要求高、且可能犯错的人工事后处理判断模式。随着技术进步与需求变化,需要研发“水电机组运行事件自动智能反应系统”来达成对运行事件进行主动、高效、及时、专业高质量的、少犯错误的自动智能诊断处理新模式。本文研究并介绍了“水电机组运行事件自动智能反应系统”功能、系统构成、软件系统运行机制、相关技术实现与应用等基本问题。研究表明该系统可行、有效可用,有重大工程实际应用价值。 The operation and management mode of hydropower units based on computer monitoring system has been successfully practiced in domestic and foreign water plants for more than 30 years. However, after the in- cident, it is still a post-processing judyment model that is passive, repetitive, inefficient, lagging, and highly technically demanding, and may be mistakn. With technology advances and demand changes, it is necessary to develop the hydropower event automatic intelligent response system to achieve an active, efficient, timely, pro- fessional and high quality, less error of automatic intelligent diagnosis processing new pattern for the operation event. The functions, system composition, software system operation mechanism, relevant technology realization and application of the automatic intelligent reaction system of hydropower units research shows that the system is feasible and effective, and has great practical are studied and introduced. The application value.
